You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the App. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the App.
The App is not for resale. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the App, use of the App, or access to the App without the express permission by the App owner.

We maintain a rate limitation at a fair level, making it accessible to most use-cases. To prevent abuse and ensure the integrity of our service, we may adjust limits as necessary.
The App and its underlying technology and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of the App owner (Tripical VN LLC) or its licensors. You agree not to copy, modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the content or the App, in whole or in part, except as expressly authorized by the App owner.
Users may submit text for translation, chat, or enquiry, which is not linked to user identity. You are solely responsible for your own submissions and the consequences of posting or publishing them. By submitting the entries for prompt, you grant the App a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicenseable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, and display the submissions in connection with the Services; we are not liable for any resulting consequences.

Harmful, sexual, or illegal activities, such as hacking, cracking, the distribution of malware, or denial of service attacks, re-distribute or un-authorized purchase sharing are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to ban any user found to be violating these terms without being eligible for a refund.
The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not guarantee that the App will be free from bugs, security breaches, or that it will always be available. The answer provided by the App may not always be accurate or error-free or safety, and should be used as a reference only.
In no event shall the App owner be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the App; (iii) any content obtained from the App; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App owner is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
